"El mejor y más completo Bar-Cafetería de Cervera de Pisuerga. Frecuento este local desde que era un niño, aún recuerdo cuando iba con mi abuelo a tomar un “mosto” los domingos. Actualmente está en su mejor momento; cuenta con un gran servicio de camareros jóvenes amables y con ganas de trabajar. El clásico y famoso pincho de la casa nunca pasará de moda, aunque debo de confesar que también tienen una gran variedad de tortillas por las mañanas que están espectaculares. Desde esta primavera de 2024 cuentan con una nueva carta donde se puede comer y cenar, todo lo que he probado estaba muy bueno a un precio muy asequible. Algunos sábados de verano hacen un “vermut torero” donde durante toda la tarde se cuenta con música en directo, comida gratis e incluso fiesta de la espuma para los más pequeños. Es un local amplio con mesas grandes y baños limpios."

"Estábamos buscando en dónde desayunar en Cervera de Pisuerga y, afortunadamente, nos metimos aquí. Pedimos un pincho de tortilla, café y zumo de naranja para dos por 10 euros. Todo aprobado y a buen precio. El servicio fue un poco lento, pero es que el sitio estaba petado, así que nada que reclamar en este apartado. Volvería a desayunar en Sevillano sin dudarlo."

"Hemos entrado de casualidad, buscando un sitio para desayunar como parada en nuestro viaje. Desayuno te todo tipo, magdalenas, algunos dulces, bocadillos, pinchos de mil tipos de tortillas, TOSTADAS!!!! El lugar es muy pintoresco, pero desayunamos GENIAL. La atención buena, aunque no hay servicio en mesa. En el ambiente he puesto 3estrellas porque la música estaba muy alta, y aunque era música agradable, me chirría desayunar en modo pub. Pero genial."

"Nos ha gustado mucho , solemos parar cuando vamos de paso . Han tenido un detalle que nos ha gustado muchísimo, pedimos unos cafés y tostadas nos han servido los cafes y al ver que no traían las tostadas hemos preguntado y una camarera " súper amable " nos ha pedido disculpas, que se había pensado que ya estaban servidas y que nos invitaba a otros cafés. Creo que es para poner esta reseña pues estaban con muchísima gente . Gracias a la camarera , una gran profesional."
